About Us

Spin is a boutique indoor cycling studio located in Lee, South East London. We aim to foster a real spin and workout community, with small class numbers where you can be given individual guidance from the instructors, we believe we can do just that. 

 

We offer over sixteen spin and workout classes a week in which you should expect the highest standard of teaching throughout our fun workouts and lets not forget those great playlists. Whether you want to enjoy a short and sweaty express class, a longer more varied class or even a gentle cycle we have a class to suit you. 

 

Don’t worry if you forget your towel, deodorant, hair band or even water bottle, we have everything you need to enjoy your ride.
