60 minute calm flowing class designed to restore your body and mind. A slow-paced, mindful class that links movement and breath. Movements flow together and are designed to bring space softly into the body readying you for longer held, restorative postures and an extended relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners, experienced yogis and those practising with injuries.

Gentle flow is a slower and calmer form of yoga that links each movement with breath, transitioning between each posture gradually to encourage a mindful practice. Ending with an extended rest to further nurture the body and mind. Modifications and the slower pace mean this class is great for beginners as well as practicing yogis.
