About the Class
Pilates combines the co-ordination of deep postural and stability muscles, breathing and arm & leg movements with postural correction, suppleness and flexibility. Evidence shows Pilates can help to reduce your likelihood of injury and is particularly effective for those with lower back pain. Our classes are kept to smaller numbers and are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist who will ensure the exercises are tailored to your level of ability. The class focuses on core strength, flexibility, and proper alignment, making them ideal for individuals recovering from injury or seeking to improve their overall fitness.
