Your privacy and data protection are important to us. We will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information. 

We use a number of third parties to process personal data on our behalf, mind body, google and octopus comply with national and international legislation with regards to data protection and user privacy. 

Personal Information and credit card details: If you want to book a class online you should create an account via Mindbody on our website or via the Mindbody app. 

Mindbody currently collects personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and address. if you wish to purchase classes online you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Credit card details are safely stored within Mindbody but you can remove them at any time by logging into your account. You can request that your account be deleted and all your personal information be removed by emailing us at info@spinandworkout.co.uk 

 

When creating an account on MindBody you will be asked to opt in to receiving marketing communication from us. You can opt out of newsletters  by using the unsubscribe link contained at the bottom of the email newsletter that we send you or by updating your marketing preferences on your profile when logged in via the website.  If you are using the mobile app you can disable push notification settings. 

 

If you have subscribed via the website your email address will remain within Wix's database for as long as we continue to use Wix services for email marketing or until you request removal from the list which you can do at any time using the unsubscribe links  contained in any email newsletter that we send you or by requesting removal via email to info@spinandworkout.co.uk
